B.  Our Website

Our website provides information about our services, but more importantly, provides free sport psychology resources to athletes, coaches, parents, and other interested individuals. Specifically, we provide:

- Performance Edge Newsletter - published twice per year, the newsletters provide in-depth information on a wide range of topics related to coaching, athletic performance, and mental skills. Articles also include interviews with well-known athletes, such as 1996 Olympic Gold Medalist Dan O’Brien, and coaches, such as UCLA’s Hall of Fame Basketball Coach John Wooden.

- Enewsletters – these weekly updates address current issues related to sport psychology and coaching.  If you would like to receive the E-News, simply send an e-mail to sportpsych@unt.edu and place “subscribe” in the subject line.

- Sport Quotes – as part of our E-News, we provide an inspirational sport quote of the week.

All of these resources are available through our website’s NewsCenter. ___________________________________________________________________
